Cooplands

This building was constructed in 1985 on the site of a Georgian rounded corner. Doncaster Civic Trust objected to the demolition but this was unsuccessful. The Trust was then involved in ensuring the replacement building retained the character of its predecessor.

From Cooplands, turn 180 degrees and walk down past Primark, then follow the road to pass the Market Hall and Corn Exchange on your right. On the left hand side there is a turn to the left, to enter High Fisher Gate head to the main road. In front of the Premier Inn, there is a crossing that will take you to the next location number 16, Ye Olde Crown/Wildsmiths Saddlery.
